Mohamed is a sophisticated and confident legal consultant, who is acknowledged as an expert through his lecturing and involvement in arbitration and dispute resolution cases. Joining MAK & Associates in 2018, he brings an abundance of knowledge from his 27+ year career between Egypt and the UAE, specializing in the ratification and enforcement of arbitral awards in the fields of civil, commercial, construction, real estate, criminal, labor and personal matters.

Participating in many complex cases with high-profile clients, Mohamed knows how to best serve their interests. By confidently defending their position, he has extensive experience in the ratification and nullification of arbitral awards, with other accomplishments including an AED 2 million civil case against a large bank, and successfully representing a large corporate group involved in the petrol and maritime industry.

Teaching and lecturing is one of Mohamed’s passions and over the years has lectured on arbitration for the arbitrator’s qualification courses in Egypt and Jordan, while participating in many specialized legal conferences. He also presented two research papers; “The Concept of Arbitration” and “Invalidation of Arbitration Awards” with a special focus on the follow up and commentary on arbitration awards and new researches in this field.
